The leading edges of our cooler’s tubes are rounded to allow incoming air to pass smoothly through the core without deflection. There, the louvered fins force the air to wind through the core, increasing time in contact with the fins and improving heat transfer. Finally, the interiors of the tubes feature turbulators that increase tube surface area and agitate the oil to ensure it contacts the entire tube, further increasing heat transfer. These features combine to create a lightweight oil cooler that’s efficient enough to meet the needs of even high-performance vehicles. The full-aluminum TIG-welded end tanks ensure leak-free performance in the harshest environments. The compact 23-inch x 4-inch x 3-inch overall size and universal M8x1.25 mounting bosses on the top and bottom of the core make mounting this oil cooler in the bumper or front cooling stack easy. -10 ORB inlet and outlet are compatible with many widely available -AN adapters including Mishimoto’s -10 ORB to -10AN and 3/4-inch fittings.
