This filter features seven layers of hybrid media for maximum protection. The patented combination of oiled cotton gauze with synthetic material allows this media to thrive in the dustiest and dirtiest environments. Pro-GUARD 7 filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and gold air filter oil. aFe POWER performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which allows for more usable filter surface area, providing increased flow and greater dust holding capacity. A metal top and base provide durability and impact protection. A pliable seal on the filter's base conforms to a variety of surfaces, making for a strong, long-lasting seal. This bump seal design eliminates the use of taped or glued foam like many traditional OE filters.
