This filter features seven layers of hybrid media for maximum protection. The patented combination of oiled cotton gauze with synthetic material allows this media to thrive in the dustiest and dirtiest environments imaginable. Pro-GUARD 7 filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and gold air filter oil. aFe POWER performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which allows for more usable filter surface area, providing increased flow and greater dust holding capacity. Molded-in expanded metal reinforcement provides added strength to prevent filter collapse. This aFe POWER performance air filter is constructed with polyurethane end caps. This construction allows for a perfect fit with excellent filter strength. This pliable sealing surface conforms to even the most uneven filter housing, making for a perfect filter fit and sealing surface every time. This design eliminates the use of gaskets or sealants and always goes back to its original form.
