Tank comes complete with powder-coated cross-member support bracket and steel strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings, vent hoses, 2 ea. rollover safety vent valves, seals and required clamps. Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. For vehicles with extended cabs and 6 ? ft. short beds. Tank hangs approximately only 1″ below bottom of the stock fuel tank shield bracket (on vehicles so equipped). Tank is approximately 2? deeper than the stock OEM tank.

The TITAN tank is 13 gallons larger at 39 gallons. The stock tank is only 26 gallons.

Note: The “LB7 Kit” is required on all 2001 to 2003 General Motors trucks. On 2004 models it is required if the eighth character in the VIN is a ?1?.

TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.
