Exergy Engineering is well known for its high standards and precise quality control when it comes to building common-rail injectors. This is why we only offer Exergy performance units for common-rail diesel, be it for Duramax, Cummins, or Power Stroke engines. These remanufactured performance injectors are based on factory Bosch units found in the 03-04 common-rail 5.9L Cummins but are modified internally and equipped with the nozzle of your choice. Modified nozzles are only available for complete injectors (not sold separately). Every customer used a set of injectors receives baseline testing upon arrival, where it is determined whether or not they are suitable candidates for the requested modifications. All of Exergys injectors are flow-tested to ensure the nozzles are balanced to within 1% across the entire set. Injectors are also tested across their full operating range.
